Appointments
We do not offer phone call appointments or accept appointment requests through social media. All appointments must be scheduled through our website.
Late Arrival
Arriving five minutes late or more may result in the cancellation of your appointment, as providing the full service within the remaining time might not be feasible.
Consistent lateness will be subject to the application of the cancellation or no-show policies described below.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 3 hours as a courtesy to both your barber and other clients looking to book that time.
If you fail to give adequate notice, you may be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee, subject to owner's discretion.
No Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price of the service chosen.
If you are a repeat offender, you may be declined service altogether.
